We will definitely keep contact online, and I want to hear as much as possible from you ! How the workout is going, how the new diet feels and any questions you might have. Don’t be afraid to send me mirror selfies or scale photos as well.
I first look at what they currently enjoy eating, and most importantly what their eating habits are. I then try to educate them on what they should change, focusing on their things that would have the biggest positive impact.
Check-ins are scheduled one per week, but we can agree on more frequent meetings if required.
I believe focusing on the basics has the biggest impact on your lifestyle. As a quote I heard goes : “The best never don’t do the basics”. So should you. Exercise, go out in the sun, eat healthy, socialize, and sleep well.
Yes ! A big part of changing your eating habits in order to achieve your desired self, is to look at the underlying psychology. We will analyze your beliefs, address the ones holding you back, and help introduce new ones.
Definitely. Being informed is always better than not being so. As such, if you are curious, we can have a look at your favorite grocery items and break them down.
